What size/type of plugs should I wear if I want to wear hoop or fish hook style earrings?

I have my ears stretched to 00g and am kind of regretting it now because I miss wearing hoop and fish hook style earrings. I’m sure studs are out of the question unfortunately, but is there something I can do if i want to wear hoops and other “regular earrings”? Or am i pretty much screwed and have to stick with plugs and other jewelry intended for stretched lobes?
